Arrival Time

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean/makeup free face, eyes, and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your eyes and lashes will result in less time performing the actual service. Please strive to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to extend the amount of time reserved for your appointment. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.




Changing Your Appointment

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an already booked appointment with a fee.




Sickness or Family Emergency

Please contact us as soon as possible if you or a person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness. For your safety and your esthetician's safety, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for a later date. Family emergencies do occasionally happen, so a one-time allowance per calendar year of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect for the remainder of the year.




Cancellation and No Shows

As a courtesy, an email reminder is sent to you the day before your appointment, and a text reminder is sent to you 2 hours before your appointment time. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.

A credit card is required to reserve appointments but will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention, and the highest quality treatment.




After Hours Appointments

Appointments may be made outside of normal business hours by contacting us via text or email. Appointments after hours may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee.

If you are not happy with your results, we will offer up to a 30 minute complementary session.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. Payment covers the esthetician's time, product, and other expenses used to provide the service to you. If dissatisfied with your service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to determine if a complimentary 30 minute express appointment could attend to the issue. An express appointment will not be scheduled if the concern is brought after 72 hours from your appointment time or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions. At that time, you may schedule an appointment at full price to address the issue.
